In some cases where the item is repairable, and you wish to repair it, we will cover the cost of repair, if it's not exceeding the sale price. If your item was lost in transit, the carrier has 8 business days to locate the package. If your package is not found, you will receive a full refund.

Please also note that USPS First Class Mail to Canada is not expedited service and takes approximately 2-3 weeks for delivery.
