American Coin Silver Cruet Stand Richmond VA Provenance Southern Gamble Family

This is a wonderful American coin silver cruet stand. It was purchased from a descendant of the historic Gamble family in Richmond Va. It is engraved Gamble on the side of the stand. The stand does not have a maker mark. It has been tested as sterling and guaranteed as silver and not plated. The bottles are beautifully cut... all the bottles are there including the mustard pot. No chips or damages to the bottles. There is one stopper that looks original, one replacement and there are two missing stoppers. The mustard spoon is probably a replacement. It is hallmarked J. Wallace. The stand without the bottles weighs 1068.5 grams or 34.35 troy ounces. The rack inside of the stand revolves around so you can select the bottle you'd like to choose. This is rare piece of coin silver with a wonderful provenance. Measures 16 1/4" tall and 7 1/2" across.
