Silver-colored CANON rangefinder thread-mounted rear lens cap for Leica screw-mount lenses. Outside diameter is 40.0mm, inner thread of 38.2mm diameter (corresponding to Leica screw-mount). The cap is marked:
MADE IN OCCUPIED JAPAN
The term was used between 1945 and 1952. The cap is in good condition.
