New Crib sized baby quilt hand made bright and colorful 100% cotton flannel back

This is a generous sized baby blanket. Crib quilts usually measure 36 x 52 this handmade one of a kind is 49 x 58. The blocks are set in a background of baby blue with black colorfully dotted cornerstones. The blocks are a patchwork of colors with a yellow fabric with multi colors stars in each block throughout the quilt. It has thirty blocks, sashing and a boarder. Some of the colors used are purple, blue, green, and red. The background color is baby blue.
The snowballed corners (white) form a secondary pattern around the cornerstones. The squares of black with dots in the blocks with the added corner stone also form a secondary pattern to the quilt. It was constructed using charm squares and some yardage all 100% cotton. The back is prewashed 100% cotton flannel with different shades of blue and green dots and turquoise stylized birds on a light background.
The binding of the quilt is double folded and has a decorative flange of a cream material to give added beauty and flare. It is sewn using a machine for added strength and the double layer is added for durability. The quilting is a meandering crescent shape done on my domestic machine. Wash in cool water and tumble dry on low heat. After baby’s blanket gets washed it will have a more quilted or crinkly look as do all cotton quilts
